How to Access the Computers at Conestoga
IT Service Desk Contact Information
Please visit the IT Service Desk near Tim Horton’s or in room 1E12 at the Doon Campus if you have any problems with in regards to your account. For students at all campuses: Email: itsdesk@conestogac.on Phone: (519)748-5220 x conestogac.on/studentsvc/computersvc/index.jsp
Student Portal Login portal.conestogac.on/StudentPortal/Default.aspx Student Login is your Student Number (7 digit student number i. 1234567) The default Password is your date of birth in the following format YYYYMMDD Passwords are Case-Sensitive. The password policy requires that you have a minimum of 8 characters.
Please log into the student portal to identify your Network ID and Student Email Address. Once logged in, you will go into the My Addresses tab which is located under your Profile tab. You will see your Network ID and Email on the lower right hand side.
On Campus Login Username (e. jsmith-cc or jsmith0001) Default Password for new students: CcstudentID# (e. Cc1234567)
New students will be prompted to reset their password on first login. Passwords are case-s ensitive. The password policy requires that you have a minimum of 8 characters with at least one number, one upper-case, one lower case, the password cannot contain your first or last name and cannot contain any special characters (i. $#@%).
Student Email Login (Office365) username-cc@conestogac.on or username0000@conestogac.on Same password as Network ID.
Wireless Login Same as On Campus Computer Login.
MyConestoga Login You can access your student portal, the learning system D2L, Locker Selection, Office 365 Student Email and VPN Access through myconestoga. Log into myConestoga using your Network ID as this will give you access to all of these links. You will see all of the above links on the left hand side under Launch Pad.
eConestoga Login You can log into eConestoga through the student portal, myConestoga or conestogaonline. You can log into eConestoga using your student number account or your Network ID account. If you require any assistance with in regards to eConestoga that excludes logging in, please contact elearningsupport@conestogac.on. If you are unable to log into eConestoga, please contact itsdesk@conestogac.on.
Continuing Education Student Login Those enrolled in a computer related course will receive a login ID from the instructor. All others please visit the IT Service Desk to obtain an account. Proof of enrollment is required.
Printing Rules All students have a 1500 page allowance per term. You may only print two copies of a document, maximum 25 sheets. Double sided printing is a default setting. If you run out of print credits, please visit IT Services.
