First, two-year colleges offer inexpensive tuition and lower fees as compared to four-year universities. For example, four-year Universities have significantly higher than two-year colleges. In addition, junior colleges offer payment deferment for tuition, which makes education more affordable. For instance, two-year colleges would require students to make a down payment, and allow students to make monthly payments; this makes education more accessible for many students.
