Well, my mom's dad died of a heart attack. He was pretty young too. Scares the bejeezus out of me.

She has diabetes and a little high blood pressure, but overall she is doing well for 80.

Yeah.. died of colon cancer. He also had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I'm terrified of ending up like him.

I have a sister, and I had a brother but he died many years ago.

I feel it mostly in the middle of my chest, over my heart. There's a little bit of ache in my left shoulder, but it's the chest pain that's really worrying me.

Well, it mostly feels like pressure. Like a heavy, squeezing pressure right in the middle of my chest.

It seems like moving around makes it worse, or at least more noticeable. I felt a little better when I sat down to rest for a few minutes.
