There are quite a few social problems within education, one of the major problems Is bullying. Bullying has happened to kids for years and years and unfortunately for some it never goes away, and it can happen to anyone of any age. It can have some serious impacts on the individual if they do not seek help from someone that they trust. Another social problem is the class sizes. Teachers have class sizes of about 40-45 students per class, which can be very ineffective because the children will not get the same attention as they would if they were in a classroom with half of the size.

On a macro level, when teaching on a macro level It can be exceedingly difficult, because when instructing a bigger group, it can be difficult to keep the attention of the students as a whole group. Especially if they are coming in from switching classes or from lunch which is when they are the rowdiest (Stephny, 2017). On a Micro level, when a teacher has a smaller group of kids, it can be much easier to give instructions and to have them comprehend as they do not have many distractions and can be beneficial for understanding difficult subjects (Stephny, 2017). When it comes to being bullied, on a macro level, they can be made fun of in front of many classmates or a group of friends, even if it is not intentional which makes the victim feel bad and even humiliated if they are not used to being bullied. When it comes to micro level it can be a bit more dangerous because the bullies can get more physical to the individual causing them to end up in the hospital or severely injured. Thornberg, R. (2018).

Somethings that can be done to help preventing stress on students and teachers for helping each other is making the classes smaller by spacing the students out or having teachers teach multiple of the same classes throughout the day to help prevent the overwhelming sensation of all the students. If that is not possible, then another thing that can be done is teach the educators techniques to help calm the students down from coming back from class. When it comes to bullying, some things that can be done is to educate people on the outcomes of bullying and how it negatively affects someone emotionally, mentally, and even physically (Langlois, 2020). Adding in more counselors for students to talk to can be greatly beneficial to get to know the counselors on campus and be able to reach out to them when they feel like they do not have anyone to talk to (Cavicchiolo, & Alivernini, 2018).
