Goal setting is preparing for the future and working and motivating yourself to achieve it. Every
goal has to fit in the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound),
which is the basic element guiding every goal.
Goal 1.
Get my degree in business administration; getting a degree does not come that simple, you need
to attend a university focus in and graduate with the best grades that you can accomplish.
· Specific: complete my degree in business administration.
· Measurable: I need to dedicate my time and the effort to make this possible in the next
one and half years.
· Attainable: to achieve this I have to be willing to put in the effort needed to make this
possible.
· Realistic: I will study hard, meet up with the requirements and get the best grades.
· Time-bound: I need to achieve this in the space of one and half years.
