I work well in groups. Sharpen the Saw I care for my physical well-being. I am good at building and maintaining relationships. I am constantly trying to expand my knowledge. I spend time helping others and contributing in positive ways. take the most time. That is definitely something that I really want to start working on changing. I think that by working on changing this I will be more successful and efficient in the different areas of my life. Another thing that I want to work on is having a more balanced life. I have never really had a really tried to have a more balanced life. By that I mean that I have normally been all about school or all about being social. I think that if I learn to live a more balanced life I can definitely still focus on school and also on being social. The last thing that I really want to learn and achieve is seeking first to understand, then to be understood. I have always had a difficult time not interrupting people when they are talking. I think that is going to be one of the hardest things for me to break. I definitely think that I need to make this a goal to overcome! I also have a hard time expressing my view points clearly and concisely.
