TENDER NOTICE
(Supply of Branded IT Equipment/Devices and Licensed Software)
Authorized dealers, having NTN, Sales Tax Number, Vendor Number, GST Number,
Sales/Service Centre in Islamabad / Rawalpindi are invited to submit their sealed tenders for supply of
following branded IT equipment/ Devices to the Interior Division, Islamabad.

Floor, Block "R" Pak. Sectt . Those documents are
required to be signed, stamped and attached with the bidding documents of the bidding firm.
Single stage-two envelope procedure: The bid shall comprise a single package containing two
separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the technical proposal and
the financial proposal. The envelopes shall be marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and
"TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion.
The Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals will be submitted according to the given pattern
as specified in the documents of Terms and Conditions.
Quotations for different products will be mentioned on separate pages. The name of the quoted
product should be displayed clearly on the page.
Only those firms who qualify technical evaluation will be allowed to be considered in financial
evaluation.
Delivery will be made within 6 weeks after issuance of purchase order.
All bidders must subthit pay order @5% of the total bid value as earnest money in favour of
Interior Division. The earnest money of successful bidder will be returned after expiry of warranty period.
Deadline for the submission of the bids is 8
th
November, 2017 and those should reach before 02:30
p.m. on the given date. Tenders/bids will be opened on the same day at or after 3:00 p.m. in the presence
of bidders / representatives.
This Division reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in the light of PPRA Rules
2004.
