 section 6 Eligibility for home ownership grant
(1) A person is eligible for a home ownership grant if they are —
(a) a woman; and
(b) at least 50 years of age; and
(c) an Australian citizen or permanent resident; and
(d) earning less than $45,000 per year; and
(e) intending to purchase a home.
(2) A person is not eligible if the person or their spouse has previously received a home
ownership grant
