Stakeholders:
Doctors (User of the information communicate) Technical Developers (designer and developers of the main server system and database) Patient (they are the main users of the monitoring device and phone application) Medical equipment engineers (Inventor of the mobile monitoring equipment) Project team members (Innovators of the phone app) Other medical staff (the patient medical data enter to the system and phone app) Government(they are the external service providers resell the app to government in the future)
Stakeholders are divided into 7 main groups. Patients are including into the users. Because they are monitoring device and use the phone application. (Chan et al, 2012) Therefore, that medical device includes the (comfort,wearability,maintenance),and the phone application including the(installing,executing,user interface screen).(Green,2019)
Other medical professionals are involved to this process. Because they include in the medical staff in the company and they do the design of the device(this device easy to read the patient glucose level ,etc.)other medical professionals dictate the data for their research result for medical studies.
4 If you were the lead analyst for RTGM, how determine the
requirements and List the several questions?
Considering on adding new functions and improve security protocol, this question is direct to technical developers how can we upgrading the RTGM application? how can we protect client information? and the patient voice recognition is very easy to active the device, how do you add this process into the device? How can the doctor’s analyst patient data in the system? This question is direct to doctors, how can inform the patient an emergency case of patient data to their trustees? This question for the patient-how they are working with that device, how far they can understand that device, how reliable for the patient, how can enter data into the system, how reading the information, what is the communicate method? Like massage format.

7 Are the parameters for alerting patients and medical personnel?
This case does not describe the patient medical parameters. But it is depending on patient severe of illness, the patient weight, or sexuality of the patient and patient sickness level are assumed to be effective. Therefore, patient first entering training must be completed by the medical staff .or the central server can do it clearly.(Green,2019)
In the over time the patient illness reactions are changed. Hence the patient parameters are changed by the patient illness. Therefore, medical staff must be updated the patient illness information as appropriate.
The functional requirement is very important for the maintain or access from the server, to read the historical information of the patient to update the automatically alerts level.
8 Briefly describe some possible non-functional requirements for RTGM ?.............................................
RTGM?
Performance – usually it is not problem for the phone app phone connection and central server have to appraisal. Because they are very important to continue to the RTGM system. (Chan et al, 2012)
Security – all medical data must encrypt over the phone lines. And care about the other network viruses and cyber security. All the medical data have confirmed to HIPAA requirements.
Reliability – both are device and mobile app must be without error. And after that it want to second level security system. For example, the connection is break down and some areas connection is poor in sometime and its works normally and it shows to the patient in device like some alerts(like on the orange color light). But the device and the system are working normally. Because that device is very important for the patient. (Chan et al, 2012)
Usability – Doctors must assess patient very carefully. Because they are not technical. Some time they will be ill, they are disables doctors must take care of patient very carefully.
The system has FURPS requirements. There are how many capacities in that device? , how to install the mobile application? , how other devices connect with that system and device? How to work with the central server application.
patient came into high pressure cases this machine automatically informs to the doctors and they can treatment to the patient in less time after that injury. Some people die in that case because they don’t know they have pressure in the body .That pressure symptoms are not coming quickly, they come with the disease. This machine can identify the disease symptom in very quickly. Hence this system and machine can save the people life in that disease.
