Two-sentence description of source: The video explains that American citizens have the right to keep and bear arms which the government may not obstruct. The problem with the second amendment is it could mean “A state militia from the federal government.” or “ it means everyone’s entitled to have a gun”.

unregistered firearm and prohibiting the registration of handguns. The Second Amendment

protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to

use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.”.
