Introduction

✓ The Aadhar Card Registration is a Online Website for

registering and to get print of Aadhar Card.

✓ The website would provide features to add/update record

of the people.

✓ The people can create their own username and

password.

✓ The people have full success right with his username and

password.

✓ UID Number is a 12 digit number which is generated

automatically which is unique for each person.

PROJECT PROFILE

Definition

✓ Aadhaar card is a government website which mainly created Unique ID card for a citizen of India. This Aadhaar card is an approved card and can be used as identity verification anywhere in the world. Our website makes Unique Id card online so non need of paper work and any one can register for Unique Id from anywhere and it is totally free. Every citizen has to provide scan copy ID proof and photographs in order to get unique card.

✓ Main purpose of our site is to reduce the manual work of government employee which will in turn reduce the burden of employees and also cost & time effective in making Unique Id card.

PROBLEM FACED BY CURRENT MANUAL SYSTEM

(PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION)

✓ The phase of system analysis process deals with problems which are affecting in the current manual system. The problems are those which are affecting the organization in it daily routine work.

✓ As the growing trend in InfoTech World of computers need of accuracy, perfectness, speed and high memory data storage is a must. Each and every problem must be solved a least amount of time and energy.

✓ The problems faced by existing system are described as below: - Difficulty in Maintenance of Record. - Time Consuming. - Editing of data becomes a tedious job. - No Security of Data. - Mistakes Occurring in long Calculation. - Proper Generation of Report. - Lack of Efficiency and Man Power. - Hassle in Data Recording. - High Data Redundancy. - Data Inconsistency.

Difficulty in Maintenance of Records

✓ It is very difficult to maintain data record in the system as all the records are entered in the register or the respective record books. ✓ There are chances of the record books or files in which all the data is kept may be torn or wearied out or same other damages which results in the destroyed data. ✓ Also a problem occurs if the data file or register is misplaced of the data stored.

✓ Also in the system data should be shown to the person according to his position and post in the office, everybody should not be allow to use all the data. ✓ If the data goes in the hand of wrong person then he/she may take the advantages of the data and the organization may go in loss. ✓ So security is the major aspects of the organization.

Report Generation:

✓ After a certain time period if the user wants to check his total transaction than it becomes very tedious for the owner to check all the respective reports for the transactions. ✓ A computerized system having report making facility can do this job easily and also the owner can draw different types of charts and diagrams to make him understand the ups and downs of his organization.

Hassle in Data Recording:

✓ Here in the existing system every time one or more registration are to be maintained and updated as per the job status , Such type of situation arise very frequently in the system and hence this causes a high hassle in Data Recording.

High Data Redundancy:

✓ As mentioned in the current system, due to maintenance of so many register there is a high redundancy of data that is same data is recorded repeatedly.

✓ For example first we write the customer’s name in enquiry document the same name is written in the customer master document, the same name is written in the customer charge register and many other places causing a high data redundancy, which decreases the speed of data recording.

Data Inconsistency:

✓ Here as mentioned in the above step the same information is written in more than one place that creates the problem, when there is a change or deletion in the recorded data. ✓ For Example, if we would like to change the name of the supplier due to some mistake earlier or due to some other circumstances, first we will have to identify the place where the name are recorded and then are updated this leads to a very time consuming process and if this is not done properly high data inconsistency in the later stage.

Aims and Objectives to be fulfilled

✓ Provide Right Security

In the proposed system, we have kept user Login Facility for the user. Because of this only authorized person can operate it and access to database. This is helpful to stop unauthorized access so that sensitive information can be kept secured.

✓ Time Effective:

This system is very fast for retrieving information from the database. It makes the information available on the click of the mouse. This saves the user’s time and it stops it as being time consuming process.

✓ Reduces Paper Work:

This system reduces the paper work that is the user has not write the form on the registration from or the other in-charge has to write the details of the people in his computerized system again.

✓ Save Time:

In the proposed system people can register online for Aadhar Card thereby saving time which was wasted in current manual system.

✓ Providing Information:

This system gives more information about the Aadhar Card. This system gives information regarding the Aadhar Card.

SYSTEM FEATURES

PROPOSED SYSTEM

The manual system of “Aadhar Card Registration” is to be computerized in order to overcome the problem, which affects the existing manual system. Computerizing the existing system with the help of some programming language, database package ease the work of the system up to a great extent.

With Online Aadhar Registration workload has been reduced. The up to date processing is done. The website is user friendly. The Record will be kept in the computer inside the database.

Online Aadhar Registration website will eliminate the need of people to stand in queue for hours in existing system.

The people can only register or edit information for Aadhar card if they have signed up on the website.

Advantages of Proposed System

Computerizing the current system with the help of new software with help of new software provide following advantages:

✓ Due to advance technology faster computer means more speedy work. ✓ As the computers are highly accurate, accuracy in work is increased. ✓ Storage of large volume of data is facilitated due to high storage capacity of computers. ✓ Decrease the load of the person involved in existing system due to automation of task. ✓ Updating of information is easily. ✓ Access any information individual.
