About the Company: EVOLVING INDIVIDUALS THROUGH QUHO INSIGHTS.

QUHO Insights is a progressive learning and events management solutions company based in Manila, Philippines. QUHO Insights aims to provide organizational development interventions through business consulting and learning and development programs to organizations as well as interested professionals in the areas of Marketing Communications, Business Development, Human Capital, and Leadership Development. QUHO Insights provides events management support for corporate events such as Business Conferences, Team Building, Meetings, and Summits. QUHO is a superseded Scottish spelling of the word ‘WHO’.

History

Mr. Hoxton used to work for a training provider company. Seeing the potential of the training industry, he came up with the idea to put up a company, which led to him founding QUHO Insights. It is a learning and development company that aims to provide organizational development interventions through business consulting and learning and development programs for companies and/or organizations as well as interested professionals in the areas of marketing communications, business development, human capital, and leadership development.

What did They do?

REGULAR PUBLIC PROGRAMS – Their standard learning programs are targeted to specific functions in the organization which any interested employee/individual can join.

These programs vary from half-day to two days and are often scheduled quarterly. These programs are open to the public. IN-HOUSE TRAINING – Their customized training programs are offered directly to interested organizations. CONSULTANCY – Their short and long-term engagements are specific to marketing communications & organization development. Marketing Comm. may include the development of an Integrated Marketing Communications campaign. In comparison, Organizational Dev entails the whole gamut of compensation management review, from job evaluation to salary structuring.

Alternative Courses of Action

ACA #1: Create digital versions of the most subscribed trainings and engage in digital marketing.

Realign the goals and the marketing concepts of the company and invest in digital marketing materials. Account the most subscribed trainings and make it available online. To reach more markets, efficiently make sponsored ads.

ACA#2: Design online modular training packages for clients who want to shorter courses and self-paced programs. Nowadays, digital trainings should not be limited to Zoom and Google meetings. More people are now into enrolment to self-paced training materials. This is a more flexible setup especially for working professionals. Although it may need more man- hours, it may be sustainable in the long-run as this need no updating in a short time.

ACA #3: Expand to Cebu City and Cagayan de Oro as satellite offices. Making their services available to the people living in metros and corporate centers is one opportunity they need to maximize. With the onset of recovery of the economy, more and more offices will go back to regular working environments. Thus, face-to-face trainings might be the better choice for some. As more corporate organizations have been stuck in their homes, more corporations would like to refresh teamwork and in-group collaborations thru team-building activities.

Chosen Course of Action:

We believe that transitioning to digital marketing and maximizing digital platforms can add to QUHO Insights yearly sales. Although it might require more effort and time, this will be efficient in the long run as they can just reuse this anytime up to a year or up to the time they need some upgrading on their materials and standards. This will be more effective if they improve their digital footprints by being more socially engaged and present in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Conclusion and Recommendations

Through this QUHO would be able to reposition itself from the other training companies. By expanding its opportunities through Large Companies level of services to Mid-size and Small-size level of services. Gather investors around the world in order to maintain the stability of the company.
