AFFIDAVIT OF SELF – ADJUDICATION OF ESTATE

We, SPS. ROLANDO ARAW AND FRANCISCA MANONGSONG ARAW, both of

legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of PAGBILAO QUEZON after having been duly sworn to in

accordance with law, hereby deposes and says:

1. That we are the sole heir of (NAMATAY) who died on November 01, 1945 at Bauan

Batangas and (NAMATAY) who died on November 01, 1945 at Bauan Batangas .

4. The Deceased died intestate, without leaving any Last Will and Testament, and

without any outstanding debts.

5. The pursuant to Sec. 1 of Rule 74 of the revised Rules of Court of the Philippines. I

hereby adjudicate unto myself the above-described land by means of this Affidavit

and hereby files the same with the Register of Deeds for Quezon with the request that

said adjudication be made effective without judicial proceedings as prescribes by the

aforementioned Rules of Court.

6. That a true copy of this extrajudicial settlement among heirs with waiver of rights

had been published once a week for three consecutive weeks in ______________, a

newspaper of general circulation in Quezon Province, as certified by the said
