Title of the Activity:

Project MTAQ (Morphing Teachers to Achieve Quality Education Date: September 7, 2021 Venue: -Sta. Ines East Elementary School Participants: Teachers – 13 Principal- 1 Total- Description: The meeting was called on September 7, 2020, from 10:00 AM – 11:30 PM to conduct the orientation and on the implementation of Project MTAQ of the School Improvement Plan for the S. 2021 – 2022. Participants to this orientation and meeting are the teachers and principal Objectives: The program aims to:

  1. Upgrade the competencies of teachers by conducting coaching/mentoring activities through their Professional Development Plan.
  2. Technical assistance be given to teachers
  3. Conduct meetings/trainings for professional growth.

Highlights: It is the goal of the Department of Education that every teacher will become not only efficient but also effective. It is in this mission that today, a lot of training’s and seminars are being conducted to improve and develop the craft of each mentor in school. The Department fully understand that everything rises and falls on the teachers capability to bring learning at the heart of every pupil. Training’s and seminars on ICT, new methods and techniques in teachings, orientations on the

K-12 Curriculum. The attendance to these seminars will help create an effective learning environment, improve teaching-learning situations, keep updated on modern instructional devices and inspire them to become better teachers in the modern world. Results: -85% of the Teachers are now equipped with the new trends and techniques were properly oriented Pictorials:
