Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

Description of the onsite problem handling mechanism:

1 )The invigilator guides the user to solve the problem according to the following FAQ; 2 )2) If the candidate cannot start the exam for a long time due to network problems, the on-site invigilator will send an email containing the account name list to the HQ issue handler (Xu Xin wx621568) according to the template. The HQ issue handler and issue handler will review the application within three working days, consider whether to reschedule the examination as appropriate. Note: Screen cut due to network, browser or software issues during the exam will not be accepted.

Notes for Examination:

1 、Browser requirements:Please use version 58 or higher of Google Chrome browser during the exam. Other browsers (such as Edge, Firefox, etc.) will be incompatible. 2 、System requirements: above Windows 7. 3 、Network requirements:Network speed is more than 100 KB/S. 4 、Anti - cut screen requirements:Before the exam, be sure to turn off the applications such as chat software/email /Office software/translation software/alarm clock software/mandatory screensaver software that are easy to pop up prompt messages, so as to avoid the pop-up prompt window being treated as screen cutting. 5 、Login requirements: Be sure to enter the exam from the My Appointment e.huawei/cn/talent/#/personal/myappointments/list

6 、Other matters: 1) Network quality will affect the system's judgment of screen cutting. Please select a computer with stable network state for the exam. 2) If the user has problems with the computer, including network and hardware, it is recommended to replace the test computer immediately. 3) Candidate should wait 7 days before taking the exam for the second time. 4) An Huawei employee can book only one WeLink in a time segment. If an employee books multiple WeLink, a meeting conflict occurs and the employee cannot log in.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1 .Question: The exam permission has been opened to the candidate, but the exam page prompts the invitation, which

cannot be clicked.

4 .Question:Prompting for screen switching

Solution: Before the exam, close apps that may display pop-up messages, such as chat software, email, Office software, translation software, alarm software, and forcible screen saver software.

5 .Question: Why is the English page displayed in Chinese?

Solution: Generally, multiple accounts are used to take the exam on the same computer. candidate is advised to log out of the account, clear the cache, close the browser, and then open the exam link again.

7 .Question: When an candidate is taking an exam, a message is displayed,“Are you sure you want to leave this page”. The page does not respond after the candidate clicks Close.

Solution: Please use Google Chrome 58 or later to take the exam.

8 .Question: When an candidate takes the exam for the second time, a message is displayed, indicating that the number of times for taking the exam is limited.

Solution: Check if the candidate has taken the test within 7 days. If so, he/she will have to wait for 7 days before taking the exam.

9 .The computer camera fails to pass the test. The computer camera is normal, and the camera permission is enabled. After the browser is reinstalled and restarted, the camera still fails to pass the test advise to check whether the camera is enabled at chrome://settings/content/camera

10 . Third-party accounts cannot take the exam

Candidates can use third-party accounts to register for and schedule exams, but cannot enter the iLearningX system to take exams. For example, 500 errors may occur sometimes.
