Fine dining
Aria has assembled a collection of the world’s most critically acclaimed chefs and
restaurateurs, with enticing new concepts from such chefs as jean-georges vongerichten,
michael mina, sirio maccioni, and julian serrano. For the first time, michelin three-star chef
masayoshi takayama brings his unrivaled mastery of japanese cuisine to las vegas with
barmasa. Also new to las vegas, james beard award-winning Chef shawn mcclain introduces
his innovative cuisine at sage.

Michelin three-star award-winning chef masa takayama, makes his much-anticipated entrance
into las vegas with barmasa. Continuing the tradition that has made his new york restaurant
legendary, the aria outpost offers two separate dining spaces, each unique in ambiance,
service and cuisine. The 150-seat barmasa invites guests to sample their choice of modern
japanese food from an À la carte menu.

Shaboo, an intimate dining room within barmasa, offers the japanese variant of a “hot pot,”
known as shabu- shabu in an exclusive, tranquil and truly rare dining experience. Michelin
three-star award-winning chef masa takayama’s unique talent for omakase will appeal to a
variety of discerning palates. Wrapped in a design by richard bloch architect, the interior’s use
of natural elements creates an effect both intimate and serene, aptly reflecting the purity of
masa’s cuisine so famous in new york.
