A writer will typically not spend much time on the opposing viewpoint because at

times that can cause him to contradict himself with his own opinion. The reason that a

writer may mention a person’s viewpoint at any point only is that at one point this can

backfire on the writer. After all, readers can take this as a form of favoritism. A

concession may help due to keeping things mutual and seeing many viewpoints

instead of just one. Some opposing viewpoints might use to include is may some view

kidney transplantation as a bad thing, and not be a form of helping one other person

by donating a kidney. Another one that would probably be used is that many will fight

to say that a kidney transplantation may not even be a successful procedure, more of

a procedure that may fail during operation.
